Ron Nassif - Vice President Managed Care - Keenan & Associates - Accused of Berating Women Ron Nassif was a client of ours for property management. His attitude and degrading, obscene words and berating behavior towards women is not to be tolerated by anyone and borderline criminal and grounds for termination for a person of his stature and position. He was very aggressive on more that one occasion would insult my female staff with degrading and insulting comments on several occasions bringing one of my female staff members to tears. Downright very rude and vulgar. He wanted to tear into my staff for a mistake and as it turned out he was wrong and made mistakes as well. The berating behavior continued with verbal phone calls, texts, and emails. It does not reflect well on Keenan for having him in his position and may consider investigating if he handles his female team and staff similarly.
